I started this company out of necessity. When I had a previous small business of my own, I grew weary of being dissatisfied with providers of website design and search engine optimization. I knew I needed a website, but I lacked the skills to build one on my own. So, I paid a company that went through two different staff members during my build time. It took forever and it did not turn out like I wanted. That mistake was priced at $2,500. Once I applied massive pressure for them to finish almost 90 days late, it was then I realized that it really only took several days for them to finish once they finally started. When it came to search engine optimization, I had trouble finding a provider that didn’t “promise the world and deliver peanuts”. If it wasn’t that, it was the folks from 3rd world countries and unable to speak our native language that had the $99 / $149 / $199 sales pitch without even knowing what my needs were. What do I do differently than other website design and SEO providers?:
First and foremost, I do not charge you any money up front. I will design and build your website with your involvement and suggestions. We will go through a couple of revisions on design, color, layout, etc. until you are satisfied with what is being produced, After, and only after, you are completely satisfied, you will pay for your site. At that point, you will own it. There are no long term contracts or tricks to keep you tied to me.
Concerning SEO payment, there are no long term contracts here either. You will pay one month of fees to get started and that is the only up-front money. At the end of that month, if you are satisfied, you will pay the next month to continue. There is no long term contract to keep you confined against your will to keep moving forward each month. I am much more transparent with my SEO work. Most SEO providers do not want you to see exactly what they are doing or the amount of time it takes them to do it. I believe that your site is your property and you have a right to know. So, at the beginning of each month when you are preparing to pay for that next month, you will receive a report from me that shows you the tasks that I completed and an actual changes made log. You will know that you are getting what you are paying for. If you decide to stop service, you will not be penalized.

About my Website Design Service:
I provide clean, functional, and affordable website design services. I build on the WordPress content management system. I frequently use Elegant Themes for the framework or design of the site. I always build with the fact in mind that you will want the website to be easily digested, crawled, and indexed by Google. After all, a pretty website it not much good if no one sees it. The turnaround time varies on the complexity of your site, and depends on your own communication responsiveness, etc.
Basic Website Package: $1299
This 3 page basic site will get your business online and look nice.

About my Search Engine Optimization Service:
I utilize software intended for SEO providers to audit your website. The software will look at the back end of your site itself, your online presence with regards to social media, link profile, etc; and it will analyze your positioning and ranking as it relates to your competitors’ sites based on the competitors and keywords that you wish to target. The amount of information that can be gleaned from the internet about your site and your competitors’ site is extremely valuable in moving forward with an SEO plan of attack. This will be the software that allows me to show you before/after/during snapshots of your website health and seo rank and positioning each month when your next month’s invoice becomes available to you to move forward.

Search Engine Optimization Billing and Pricing:
SEO pricing has to vary based on the business, product/service, competitive nature of the subject keywords and the geographical market. Different businesses will have different needs and those needs can require a much different labor requirement to meet different goals.
The first SEO invoice would be paid by you in order to start SEO work. After that, 20 days into the cycle, the next month’s invoice would be sent in preparation for the next month of service. You will also get the reports that show the SEO work done, planned, and completed. If you wish to move forward with the next month of services, pay before day 30 and we move forward. If you wish to stop, you can stop at any time.
In general, I have 4 SEO price points, but these can vary based on your specific needs:
- Level 1: Small local business with lower margins and few competitors = $500/mo
- Level 2: Small/Medium local business with higher margins and some competitors = $750/mo
- Level 3: Medium Local/Regional business with higher margins & high competition = $1250/mo
- Level 4: Large Local/Regional business or national business & high competition = $2000+/mo

- Add 1 social media, i.e. Facebook only +$250/mo
- Add 2 social media, i.e. Facebook & Instagram + $450/mo
